At Connections for the Homeless, we serve and catalyze our community to end homelessness, one person at a time.

Inspire will mark its seventh year in 2024 and will be returning after a 3.5-year COVID hiatus. While serving as a fundraiser for the organization, the event also promotes learning and advocacy around the topics of homelessness, affordable housing, and poverty.

Join us on Thursday, March 14th at The Woman’s Club of Evanston for two dynamic speakers, Benjamin Oreskes and Dr. Andre M. Perry, who will discuss how barriers to affordable housing increase homelessness and perpetuate racial inequity. Topics will include zoning, redlining, and the devaluation of Black-owned properties and its negative economic and social effects.
